Performances for Alice in Wonderland are Friday, August 1st at 7:00  and  Saturday August 2nd at 2:00.

Performances for Grease are Friday August 1st at 2:00 and Saturday August 2nd at 7:00.

Tickets are available for all shows ($10 for Adults and $6 for children/students/seniors). All performances are at the Performing Arts Center at the Hopewell Valley Central High School (click here for directions ). Call 609-649-3042 for more information.

Hopewell Valley Children's Theatre announces it's 10th season!

Thank you for your interest in Hopewell Valley Children's Theatre.  We are excited to announce our 10th Season...and hope that you will be part of the summer fun!

Hopewell Valley Children's Theatre is a non-profit, theater arts education program, endorsed by the Mercer County and New Jersey Arts Councils.   All students in the program have the opportunity to act, sing and dance in a summer production.  Their 5 week journey  begins with auditions and casting, then learning and practicing, costume fitting, set building, a talent show...and concludes with two performances.

This year our Junior Program (Grades 1-5)  will be performing Disney's Alice in Wonderland, Jr.  Our Junior program meets 9:30am-12pm daily and will begin Thursday, June 26 and conclude with performances August 1 at 7pm & August 2 at 2pm.

Our Senior program (Grades 6-9) will be performing Grease - The School Version.  The Senior program meets 1pm-4pm daily will begin Thursday,  June 26 and conclude with performances August 1 at 2pm & August 2 at 7pm.

All sessions take place at Hopewell Valley Central High School, with performances in the HVCHS Performing Arts Center. The 2008 production schedule is available for download here. (Updated June 14, 2008)

Our staff includes Fern Dorfman as Artistic Director and Choreographer and Jay Dorfman as Music Director, and Cathy Sing as Producing Director.
